The Evive Foundation is a nonprofit that funds access to free, proven, practical support for people and families affected by gambling harm. Our work through the Foundation also helps communities build a more coordinated response, equips more people to help and builds evidence the whole field can use.

The Foundation’s work reflects a core belief: that gambling harm is a public health issue, and the people most affected are often those with the fewest resources to address it.

What is Evive?

Evive is a deeply human digital platform built to give personalized support to people facing gambling harm. We make sure help is accessible, stigma-free and tailored to each person's needs, wherever they are in their journey. Evive is built by people with lived experience, working alongside clinical experts.

Is Evive just an app?

Evive is more than an app. We combine digital tools, peer support, and clinically-informed guidance to help people find their next step away from gambling harm. Our app and online community support people changing their relationship with gambling, and a separate community helps family and friends connect, learn and heal. Both spaces offer supportive discussion and live peer support meetings. Beyond the app, our goal is to connect people to education, community and local resources.

Evive is for anyone affected by gambling harm—people seeking help for themselves, loved ones looking for support, and organizations working to expand access to evidence-based care.

Is Evive free?

The Evive app and our online communities are free for all.
